Before recommending anything, our team first identifies what is causing the problem and where pests are getting in. For pest control in Horizon City, we choose products carefully, place them where they make sense, and build the plan around the property, the pest involved, and what the inspection uncovers.
At El Valle Pest Control, we start with what the property shows us. We look for where pests enter, where they settle, and what keeps them around. Then we explain what we found and outline work needed for the property.

At the first inspection, we examine the pest and the place where it's been found. Confirming its identity matters. So does working out how it arrived, including possible entrances and the conditions behind the infestation. We need those answers before choosing pest removal treatment.

Cracks, gaps, damp spots, and clutter can keep pests coming back, so we'll point out any we find during the service visit. We use products only in the areas identified during inspection and follow each label's directions on where and how to apply them.

Any further work depends on what a return inspection uncovers. If one is needed, we examine entry routes again and check whether pests are still active there. Our pest expert uses those checks to determine what needs investigating further and how to proceed.
El Valle Pest Control addresses insects, rodents, birds, and wildlife with services matched to each infestation. Technicians trace access routes, nesting sites, and contributing conditions before treating. Product selection and careful placement make safe pest control part of planning for occupied homes, rental properties, and businesses during every visit.
Horizon City grew 34% between 2010 and 2020, and its newer neighborhoods border open desert. New construction and desert edges bring their own pest problems.
The striped bark scorpion is found throughout Texas. For pest control in Horizon City, TX, we check common hiding spots such as rocks, boards, debris, attics, and gaps around doors, windows, and pipes. We also point out conditions around the property that may give scorpions shelter.
Before concrete is poured, builders can arrange our pre-construction termite treatment. Subterranean termites live in the soil, and the slab alone won’t keep them out. Once a house is built, homeowners can choose post-construction treatment or a baiting system.
Our pest control specialists start by asking what homeowners have noticed and where the problem seems worst. From there, they inspect the property with those concerns in mind. The goal is simple. Find what is drawing pests in. Explain the cause clearly. Recommend steps that make sense for the home.
Technicians trace pest activity and the conditions drawing it inside your Horizon City business. Treatment then targets the areas that need attention. During pest removal, our team works around staff, customers, and day-to-day operations, planning the visit to fit how your business runs.

Did a great job with a pigeon control problem I was having around my solar panels. They not only humanely took care of the bird problem, they cleaned everything up and left my solar panels gleaming. 5 stars!![]()

I currently live in Arizona, but I have a two-story rental property in El Paso. After doing some research and getting a recommendation from a friend, I hired El Valle Pest Control to look at two roof swamp coolers. Because I am out of state, I explicitly asked for a quote for BOTH units and requested before-and-after photos of the work. When the day came to do the job, they finished one unit and then told me it would be an extra $200 to do the second one. I reminded them that the accepted quote was for two units. They claimed it was a misunderstanding, but thankfully they honored the original agreement and finished the job. When I received the invoice, there were no photos included. I called the office to request them, and the lady on the phone audibly sighed, acting as if my request was a huge bother. As an out-of-state customer paying a good amount of money, I can't operate on blind faith—I need visual proof of the work. I’m giving 3 stars because the actual physical work was great. Once I finally got the photos, I saw they did a thorough job vacuuming out the inside of the units (no water or pressure washing was used, as agreed) and installing mesh underneath to keep the pigeons out. Bottom line: The technicians do good work, but the communication and customer service need improvement. If you hire them in El Paso, make sure you or someone you trust is there in person to oversee the project.![]()

Very professional services. Very friendly and informative technician. I have not had a Pigeon problem since El Valle treatment 2 years ago. Pigeons had been a real nuisance before El Valle eliminated the situation. Thankyou for your prompt services. 😀![]()

Yes. Licensed specialists handle our Horizon City pest control service. We inspect the property first, identify where pests are traveling and what may be attracting them, then explain the recommended treatment and what the visit involves. El Valle Pest Control operates under Texas Department of Agriculture business license TPCL #0621082.
Yes. Rentals often involve more than one schedule, so we coordinate access with the people involved and explain preparation clearly. Occupied rooms, pets, and personal belongings all shape how work is arranged. The inspection also checks why pests entered, giving owners something more useful than a quick visit and invoice.
Which products go where, and when children or pets can return, depend on who uses the rooms. Before indoor treatment, the pest exterminator explains how to prepare the property. Please let us know about all children and animals at home before the appointment.
We address the source. Spraying the insect someone spotted may leave the reason it arrived untouched. We work backward from the sighting, following trails toward gaps, damp areas, or nesting spots. Products are used where they make sense, but so are sealing suggestions and follow-up checks when those steps help prevent another round.
Yes. Homeowners can choose a baiting system or post-construction treatment after the house is complete. Builders can arrange pre-construction termite treatment ahead of the slab pour. The property’s condition, construction progress, and termite risk guide our team’s recommendation for Horizon City, TX pest control.
New homes often sit next to open deserts, with fresh landscaping rock and leftover building materials nearby, which shelter scorpions. Striped bark scorpions climb well and slip in through small gaps around doors, windows, and pipes, or move down from hot attics. Sealing those gaps and treating the perimeter are the first steps.
