A Trusted Pest Control Company in El Paso

El Valle Pest Control grew from a local operation into an El Paso pest control team trusted with pest problems in homes, businesses, food-handling environments, and other demanding properties across the Borderland. We handle termites, bed bugs, rodents, pigeons, roaches, mosquitoes, ants, wildlife, and other pest concerns with service shaped around what is actually happening at the property.

Daniel Ortiz owns El Valle Pest Control LLC, which has served the region since March 2011. Our work is guided by licensing, field experience, Integrated Pest Management principles, and a practical belief that good pest control should solve more than what happens to be visible on the day of pest extermination services.

Experience Means Knowing Where To Look

What Makes Our El Paso Pest Control Team Different

Licensed Knowledge In The Field

Our technicians work within professional pest-control standards and continue developing their knowledge as pest behavior, products, and treatment practices evolve. That matters because a termite problem inside a wall, pigeons gathering along a roofline, and roaches spreading through a kitchen cannot be approached as if they were the same job.

Plans Built Around The Property

A treatment plan should make sense for the building receiving it. Our local exterminators consider the pest, activity level, access points, occupied areas, surrounding conditions, and whether continued monitoring may be useful. Homes, restaurants, offices, warehouses, apartments, and food facilities each bring their own concerns, so the work changes with the setting.

Treatment With A Clear Purpose

We follow product labels and keep applications tied to the areas where they are appropriate. Customers are also given the information they need about treated spaces and any relevant re-entry instructions. The goal is not simply to use more product. It is to use the right pest removal method in the right place for the problem identified.

Follow-Through That Is Written In

Customers enrolled in qualifying scheduled services are not left wondering what happens if covered pest activity returns between visits. Our service guarantee includes re-inspection and re-treatment at no additional charge when applicable. That gives ongoing pest management a clear follow-through rather than treating every appointment as an isolated visit.

Residential And Commercial Experience

A pest problem looks very different in a house than it does in a restaurant, warehouse, or busy office. We work in all of those settings, along with apartments and food-handling facilities. Before deciding what to do, our pest control specialists consider how the space is used, where activity is showing up, and what could interfere with normal operations.

Assess. Identify. Plan. Solve.

How We Turn Pest Activity Into A Working Plan

Start With Evidence

The first clues are not always obvious. Bed bugs may leave evidence around sleeping areas, rodents can slip through openings that are easy to miss, and termite activity may stay hidden inside accessible wood or structural areas. Roaches often point us toward moisture, food, or tucked-away harborages. We follow those signs until the problem starts to make sense.

Match Treatment Carefully

Once the problem is understood, we select family and pet safe pest control treatment methods suited to the pest and property. El Valle Pest Control provides services for concerns that include:

The method can vary considerably from one pest to another. That is exactly why identification comes before action.

Watch What Happens Next

Some pest problems are resolved through focused service. Others benefit from scheduled visits, monitoring, exclusion work, or changes that make the property less favorable to future activity. When continued protection makes sense, our pest control company helps establish a practical service schedule instead of waiting for the same problem to rebuild unnoticed.

El Valle Pest Control is the go-to choice for expert pest management in El Paso.

Serving Local Communities.

Where Our Routes Take Us

That range exposes our technicians to many different properties, from established El Paso neighborhoods and expanding residential areas to restaurants, industrial spaces, government facilities, warehouses, and rural-edge properties. The surroundings may change from one stop to the next, but the starting point remains the same: understand the pest problem before deciding what should be done.

Did a great job with a pigeon control problem I was having around my solar panels. They not only humanely took care of the bird problem, they cleaned everything up and left my solar panels gleaming. 5 stars!

I currently live in Arizona, but I have a two-story rental property in El Paso. After doing some research and getting a recommendation from a friend, I hired El Valle Pest Control to look at two roof swamp coolers. Because I am out of state, I explicitly asked for a quote for BOTH units and requested before-and-after photos of the work. When the day came to do the job, they finished one unit and then told me it would be an extra $200 to do the second one. I reminded them that the accepted quote was for two units. They claimed it was a misunderstanding, but thankfully they honored the original agreement and finished the job. When I received the invoice, there were no photos included. I called the office to request them, and the lady on the phone audibly sighed, acting as if my request was a huge bother. As an out-of-state customer paying a good amount of money, I can't operate on blind faith—I need visual proof of the work. I’m giving 3 stars because the actual physical work was great. Once I finally got the photos, I saw they did a thorough job vacuuming out the inside of the units (no water or pressure washing was used, as agreed) and installing mesh underneath to keep the pigeons out. Bottom line: The technicians do good work, but the communication and customer service need improvement. If you hire them in El Paso, make sure you or someone you trust is there in person to oversee the project.

Very professional services. Very friendly and informative technician. I have not had a Pigeon problem since El Valle treatment 2 years ago. Pigeons had been a real nuisance before El Valle eliminated the situation. Thankyou for your prompt services. 😀
